MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Yirendai Ltd. (YRD)

Yirendai Ltd. (YRD) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Thursday, September 28, 2017. YRD  options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in YRD will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
