MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Vector Group Ltd. (VGR)
Vector Group Ltd. (VGR) has announced a stock dividend that is effective on Tuesday, September 19, 2017. On that date, the current VGR option class will change to VGR1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list VGR1 options. Therefore, no options on VGR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, September 19, 2017. Vector Group Ltd. (VGR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VGR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, September 18, 2017.
