MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Albany Molecular Research, Inc. (AMRI) and FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (FCH)

Albany Molecular Research, Inc. (AMRI) and FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (FCH) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Friday, September 1, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMRI and FCH will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 31, 2017.

Details about the Albany Molecular Research, Inc. (AMRI) and FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (FCH) mergers are provided in the attached OCC memos.
