MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE)
Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE) has announced a cash distribution that will become effective on Friday, September 1, 2017. On that date the current HPE option class will change to HPE2. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list HPE2 options. Therefore, no options on HPE will be available for trading on Friday, September 1, 2017. HPE will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Option Exchanges on Tuesday, September 5, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HPE will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 31, 2017.
