MIAX Options - Notice of Mandatory Market Data Service Changes for the MIAX ORder Feed (MOR) and MIAX Complex Top of Market (cToM) on September 28th & October 2nd

MIAX Options is planning to expand the number of hosts sourcing the MIAX Order Feed (MOR) and the MIAX Complex Top of Market (cToM).

Summary of Changes

Source IP Addresses:

The MOR and cToM feeds will be sourced from an expanded set of servers. To facilitate the migration, heartbeats for these feeds will be provided nightly from 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Firms may be required to perform the following actions within their infrastructure to support the new source IP Addresses:

  • Network/Firewall changes
  • Software Configuration changes
MIAX Trading Operations will coordinate the migration and provide the Network IP Address information related to the changes above.
 
NOTE: There are no changes to the MOR or cToM multicast group transmission addresses.

Important Dates

Nightly heartbeats sourced from the new IP addresses will begin on September 18th, 2017.

The MOR and cTOM production feeds will be sourced from the new addresses effective on the following dates:
  • September 28, 2017 MOR and cToM B feeds
  • October 2, 2017 MOR and cToM A feeds
