MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Tidewater Inc. (TDW)

Tidewater Inc. (TDW) has announced an adjustment that will become effective on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.  On that date, the current TDW option class will change to TDW1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list TDW1 options. Therefore, no options on TDW will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 1, 2017. 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TDW will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 31, 2017.
