MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Banco Santander S.A. (SAN)
Banco Santander S.A. (SAN) has announced a rights distribution that will become effective on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. On that date, the current SAN option class will change to SAN1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SAN1 options. Therefore, no options on SAN will be available for trading on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. SAN will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Option Exchanges on Wednesday, July 19, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SAN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 17, 2017.
