MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Vornado Realty Trust (VNO)

Vornado Realty Trust (VNO) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Tuesday, July 18, 2017.  On that date, the current VNO option class will change to VNO1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list VNO1 options. Therefore, no options on VNO will be available for trading on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. VNO will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Option Exchanges on Wednesday, July 19, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VNO will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 17, 2017.
