MIAX Options Corporate Action Alert: MFC Bancorp Ltd. (MFCB)
MFC Bancorp Ltd. (MFCB) has announced a 1-for-100 reverse stock split immediately followed by a 20-for-1 forward stock split that will become effective on Friiay, July 14, 2017. On that date the current MFCB option class will change to MFCB1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list MFCB1 options. Therefore, no options on MFCB will be available for trading on Friday, July 14, 2017. MFCB will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, July 17, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MFCB will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 13, 2017.
