MIAX Options Corporate Action Alert: Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. (BXE)
Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. (BXE) has announced a reverse stock split that will become effective on Thursday, July 6, 2017. On that date the current BXE option class will change to BXE1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BXE1 options. Therefore, no options on BXE will be available for trading on Thursday, July 6, 2017. BXE will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, July 7, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BXE will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 5, 2017.
