MIAX Options Delisting Alert: FairPoint Communications, Inc. (FRP)

FairPoint Communications, Inc. (FRP) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective on Wednesday, July 5, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in FRP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 3, 2017.

Details about the FairPoint Communications, Inc. (FRP) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
