MIAX Options Corporate Action Alert: Lion Biotechnologies, Inc. (LBIO) will change its name and trading symbol to Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. (IOVA)
Lion Biotechnologies, Inc. (LBIO) will change its name, and trading symbol to Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. (IOVA) effective for Wednesday, June 28, 2017.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: IOVA options will trade on Cloud 9 on MIAX Options
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LBIO will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 27, 2017.
