MIAX Options Corporate Action Alert: SEACOR Holdings Inc. (CKH)
SEACOR Holdings Inc. (CKH) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Friday, June 2, 2017. On that date the current CKH option class will change to CKH1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CKH1 options. Therefore, no options on CKH will be available for trading on Friday, June 2, 2017. CKH will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, June 5, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CKH will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 1, 2017.
