MIAX Options Corporate Action Alert: TEGNA Inc. (TGNA)
TEGNA Inc. (TGNA) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Thursday, June 1, 2017. On that date the current TGNA option class will change to TGNA1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list TGNA1 options. Therefore, no options on TGNA will be available for trading on Thursday, June 1, 2017. TGNA will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, June 2, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TGNA will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 31, 2017.
