MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MACK)
Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MACK) has announced a cash distribution that is effective on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. On that date, the current MACK option class will change to MACK1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list MACK1 options. Therefore, no options on MACK will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MACK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, May 31, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MACK will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 26, 2017.
