MIAX Corporate Action Alert: DeVry Education Group Inc. (DV) will change its name and trading symbol to Adtalem Global Education Inc. (ATGE)
DeVry Education Group Inc. (DV) will change its name, and trading symbol to Adtalem Global Education Inc. (ATGE) effective for Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: ATGE options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in DV will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 23, 2017.
