MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Syngenta AG (SYT)
Syngenta AG (SYT) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective on Thursday, May 11, 2017. On that date, the current SYT option class will change to SYT1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SYT1 options. Therefore, no options on SYT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, May 11, 2017. Syngenta AG (SYT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, May 12, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SYT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 10, 2017.
