MIAX Options Corporate Action Alert: Waterstone Financial, Inc. (WSBF)

Waterstone Financial, Inc. (WSBF) has announced a special cash dividend.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. WSBF options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in WSBF will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 9, 2017.
