MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Quantum Corporation (QTM)
Quantum Corporation (QTM) has announced a reverse split. The reverse split will become effective on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. On that date, the current QTM option class will change to QTM1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list QTM1 options. Therefore, no options on QTM will be available for trading on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Quantum Corporation (QTM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, April 20, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in QTM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, April 18, 2017.
