MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE)
Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Monday, April 3, 2017. On that date, the current HPE options class will change to HPE1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list HPE1 options. Therefore, no options on HPE will be available for trading on Monday, April 3, 2017. Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 4, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HPE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 31, 2017.
