MIAX Corporate Action Alert: VimpelCom Ltd (VIP) will change its name and trading symbol to VEON Ltd. (VEON)
VimpelCom Ltd (VIP) will change its name, trading symbol, and CUSIP to VEON Ltd. (VEON), CUSIP 91822M106 effective for Friday, March 31, 2017.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: VEON options will trade on Cloud 19 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in VIP will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 30, 2017.
