MIAX Corporate Action Alert: ReneSola Ltd. (SOL)

ReneSola Ltd. (SOL) has announced an ADS ratio change. The ratio change will become effective on Friday, February 10, 2017.  On that date, the current SOL options class will change to SOL1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SOL1 options. Therefore, no options on SOL will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, February 10, 2017. ReneSola Ltd. (SOL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, February 13, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SOL will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 9, 2017.
