MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Icahn Enterprises L.P. (IEP)
Icahn Enterprises L.P. (IEP) has declared a Rights distribution. The distribution will become effective on Friday, February 10, 2017. On that date, the current IEP options class will change to IEP1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list IEP1 options. Therefore, no options on IEP will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, February 10, 2017. Icahn Enterprises L.P. (IEP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, February 13, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in IEP will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 9, 2017.
