MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Renren Inc. (RENN)

Renren Inc. (RENN) has announced a ratio change. The change will become effective on Monday, February 6, 2017.  On that date, the current RENN options class will change to RENN1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list RENN1 options. Therefore, no options on RENN will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, February 6, 2017. Renren Inc. (RENN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, February 7, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in RENN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 3, 2017.
