MIAX Corporate Action Alert: PharmAthene, Inc. (PIP)
PharmAthene, Inc. (PIP) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Monday, February 6, 2017. On that date, the current PIP options class will change to PIP1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list PIP1 options. Therefore, no options on PIP will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, February 6, 2017. PharmAthene, Inc. (PIP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, February 7, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in PIP will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 3, 2017.
