MIAX PEARL Obvious and Catastrophic Error and Appeal Notification Instructions
A MIAX PEARL Member that believes that it participated in a transaction that was the result of an Obvious Error or a MIAX PEARL Member entering an Appeal to an Obvious Error decision must submit a notification to MIAX PEARL Regulatory Department electronically. The Obvious Error form can be found here: MIAX PEARL Obvious and Catastrophic Error Form.
