MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Biogen Inc. (BIIB)
Biogen Inc. (BIIB) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Thursday, February 2, 2017. On that date, the current BIIB options class will change to BIIB1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BIIB1 options. Therefore, no options on BIIB will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, February 2, 2017. Biogen Inc. (BIIB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, February 3, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BIIB will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 1, 2017.
