MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Varian Medical Systems, Inc. (VAR)
Varian Medical Systems, Inc. (VAR) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Monday, January 30, 2017. On that date, the current VAR options class will change to VAR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list VAR1 options. Therefore, no options on VAR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, January 30, 2017. Varian Medical Systems, Inc. (VAR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 31, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in VAR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 27, 2017.
