MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Open Text Corporation (OTEX)
Open Text Corporation (OTEX) has announced a 2 for 1 stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. OTEX options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in OTEX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 24, 2017.
