MIAX Corporate Action Alert: ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ (SQQQ)

ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ (SQQQ) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse stock split.  The reverse stock split will become effective on Thursday, January 12, 2017.  On that date, the current SQQQ options class will change to SQQQ1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SQQQ1 options.  Therefore, no options on SQQQ will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, January 12, 2017.  The new SQQQ option series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, January 13, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SQQQ will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 11, 2017.
