MIAX Corporate Action Alert: ProShares UltraPro Short Dow 30 (SDOW)

ProShares UltraPro Short Dow 30 (SDOW) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse stock split.  The reverse stock split will become effective on Thursday, January 12, 2017.  On that date, the current SDOW options class will change to SDOW1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SDOW1 options.  Therefore, no options on SDOW will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, January 12, 2017.  The new SDOW option series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, January 13, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SDOW will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 11, 2017.
