MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Healthways, Inc. (HWAY) will change its name and symbol to Tivity Health, Inc. (TVTY)
Healthways, Inc. (HWAY) will change its name to Tivity Health, Inc., its trading symbol to (TVTY), and its cusip to 88870R102 effective for trading on Wednesday, January 11, 2017.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: TVTY options will trade on Cloud 17 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HWAY will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 10, 2017.
