MIAX Corporate Action Alert: The Buckle, Inc. (BKE), LogMeIn, Inc. (LOGM), and Tribune Media Company (TRCO)

The Buckle, Inc. (BKE), LogMeIn, Inc. (LOGM), and Tribune Media Company (TRCO) have announced special cash dividends.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. BKE, LOGM, and TRCO options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BKE, LOGM, and TRCO will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 10, 2017.
