MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Forge Global Holdings, Inc. (FRGE)
Forge Global Holdings, Inc. (FRGE) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, April 15, 2025. On this date, the current FRGE option class will change to FRGE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list FRGE1 options. Therefore, no options on FRGE will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
Forge Global Holdings, Inc. (FRGE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FRGE will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 14, 2025.
