MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Amarin Corporation plc (AMRN)
Amarin Corporation plc (AMRN) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, April 11, 2025. On this date, the current AMRN option class will change to AMRN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list AMRN1 options. Therefore, no options on AMRN will be available for trading on Friday, April 11, 2025.
Amarin Corporation plc (AMRN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Monday, April 14, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMRN will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 10, 2025.
