MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol ACVA Effective Monday, March 24, 2025

ACV Auctions Inc. (“ACVA”) transferred its primary listing from the NASDAQ Stock Market to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) on Monday, March 24, 2025.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
