MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB)
Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB) has announced a 10% Stock Dividend effective for Wednesday, March 19, 2025. On this date, the current ITUB option class will change to ITUB1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list ITUB1 options. Therefore, no options on ITUB will be available for trading on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ITUB will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
