1. Market Data Fees are now available
2. Liquidity Indicator Codes are now available
   • This specification defines the Liquidity Indicator Codes that will be populated in the order execution messages of MIAX Futures Onyx FIX Order Interface (FOI), FIX Drop (FXD) and Futures Express Interface (FEI) Interface
