U.S. Options

Effective March 3, 2025, the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange Fee Schedule was amended as follows:

• The daily inbound quote threshold for the Excessive Quoting Fee was increased from 3.5 billion to 6 billion quotes.
• The daily Excessive Quoting Fee will continue to not be assessed for the first day that a Market Maker exceeds the 6 billion inbound quote limit in a rolling 12-month period. In counting the total number of quotes for the purposes of the Excessive Quoting Fee, the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will continue to exclude messages that are generated as a result of sending a mass purge message.
• The amended limit of 6 billion inbound quotes will continue to reset each trading day.
