FREYR Battery, Inc. (FREY) will change its name and trading symbol to T1 Energy Inc. (TE) effective on Monday, March 3, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FREY will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 28, 2025.
NOTE: TE options will trade on Cloud 17 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 8 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and on Cloud 6 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
