MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: MultiPlan Corporation (MPLN) will change its name and trading symbol to Claritev Corporation (CTEV)
MultiPlan Corporation (MPLN) will change its name and trading symbol to Claritev Corporation (CTEV) effective on Friday, February 28, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MPLN will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 27, 2025.
NOTE: CTEV options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 2 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
