MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Qurate Retail, Inc. Series A (QRTEA) will change its name and trading symbol to QVC Group, Inc. Series A (QVCGA)
Qurate Retail, Inc. Series A (QRTEA) will change its name and trading symbol to QVC Group, Inc. Series A (QVCGA) effective on Monday, February 24, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in QRTEA will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 21, 2025.
NOTE: QVCGA options will trade on Cloud 15 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and on Cloud 5 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
