MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Oatly Group AB (OTLY)
Oatly Group AB (OTLY) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, February 18, 2025. On that date, the current OTLY option class will change to OTLY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list OTLY1 options. Therefore, no options on OTLY will be available for trading on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
Oatly Group AB (OTLY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OTLY will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 14, 2025.
