As previously announced in the February 7, 2025 Alert, MIAX Futures is preparing for the migration of Minneapolis Hard Red Spring Wheat Futures from CME Globex to the MIAX Futures Onyx trading platform.

MIAX Futures has published updated Interface Specifications, updated Trading Connectivity Guide, and a new Order Type Combinations Guide for the MIAX Futures Onyx trading platform.
 

1. Updated Interface Specifications
   1. FIX Order Interface Specification (FOI) – Version 1.0a
      1. Added new values for FIX Tag 9500 for additional Mass Cancel scopes introduced for the Order Mass Cancel Request (MsgType "q")
         1. "P" – MPID + Product Group Code
         2. "T" – MPID + Product Group Code + Product Type
      2. Added new FIX Tag 9749 – Product Group Code
      3. Added new FIX Tag 9750 – Product Type
      4. Added new FIX tag 1004 – Complex Trade ID
      5. Edited the values for the Unit of Measure field for the Security Definition message (MsgType "d")
         1. "BU" – Bushels
         2. "USD" – USD
   2. Futures Express Interface Specification (FEI) – Version 1.0a
      1. Added new values in the Mass Cancel Request message for additional scopes introduced
         1. "P" – MPID + Product Group
         2. "T" – MPID + Product Group + Product Type
      2. Added new Product Group Code field to the Mass Cancel Request message
      3. Added new Product Type field to the Mass Cancel Request message
      4. Added new values for Status field in Mass Cancel Response message
         1. "E" – Invalid Product Group Code
         2. "F" – Invalid Product Type
      5. Added new values for Cancel Reason field in Cancel/Reduce Size Order Notification
         1. "J" – Mass Cancel MPID (or Product Group/Product Type) by user
         2. "K" – Mass Cancel MPID (or Product Group/Product Type) by Help Desk or via MIAX Member Firm Portal
   3. Depth of Market (DoM) Feed – Version 1.0a
      1. Edited the values for Unit of Measure fields in the Simple Instrument Definition and Complex Instrument Definition messages:
         1. "BU" – Bushels
         2. "USD" – USD
      2. Added clarification on Order Execution message for corrections to a manually entered trade
   4. Top of Market (ToM) Feed – Version 1.0a
      1. The Unit of Measure field in the Simple Instrument Definition and Complex Instrument Definition has been edited to match the new values for DoM as outlined above.

   1. Updated Commodities Depth of Market (DoM) multicast feed details
3. New Resource
   1. Onyx Order Type Combinations Guide

3. Firm Certifications are targeted to begin on February 18, 2025.
