MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol MAGS Effective Monday, February 3, 2025

Roundhill Magnificent Seven ETF (“MAGS”) transferred its primary listing from the NASDAQ Global Select Market to the CBOE BZX Exchange (“CBOE BZX”) on Monday, February 3, 2025.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options will use CBOE BZX as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
