U.S. Options

As previously announced in the September 12, 2024 Alert, MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchanges have migrated Firm Test Beds (FTB1 and FTB2) to a new extranet. Once requested, the migration to the new extranet provides Members and Non-Members with a single dedicated 1Gb or 10Gb extranet access to the Firm Test Bed environments for MIAX Options, MIAX Emerald Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Sapphire Options. Existing access through the production 1Gb and 10Gb extranets will be decommissioned on February 28, 2025. FTB access via a virtual private network (“VPN”) is not impacted. FTB Extranet Access is subject to a monthly $1,000.00 fee.

What Firms need to do:

1. Request connectivity (for both unicast and multicast test bed data) to the new dedicated extranet
2. Source subnets will not change for MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options. Multicast source subnet and RP addresses will change for MIAX Options. MIAX will provide new transit IPs for the new cross connects. Firms will need to update their test environments for routing and access controls to support the changes.

Important Dates:

• Firms should request Letters of Authorization (LOA) as soon as possible
• Migration must be completed by February 28, 2025
