MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: OUTFRONT Media Inc. (OUT)
OUTFRONT Media Inc. (OUT) has announced a reverse split effective for Friday, January 17, 2025. On this date, the current OUT option class will change to OUT2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list OUT2 options. Therefore, no options on OUT will be available for trading on Friday, January 17, 2025.
OUTFRONT Media Inc. (OUT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OUT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 16, 2025.
