MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbols DPV and MCW Effective Thursday,January 2, 2025

Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (“DPZ”) and Mister Car Wash, Inc. (“MCW”) will transfer primary listings from the New York Stock Exchange to the NASDAQ Global Market (“NASDAQ”) effective, Thursday, January 2, 2025.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
