MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) and PACCAR Inc. (PCAR)
Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) and PACCAR Inc. (PCAR) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, December 20, 2024. MAIN and PCAR options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MAIN and PCAR will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 19, 2024.
