MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Newpark Resources, Inc. (NR) will change its name and trading symbol to NPK International Inc. (NPKI)
Newpark Resources, Inc. (NR) will change its name and trading symbol to NPK International Inc. (NPKI) effective on Thursday, December 19, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
NOTE: NPKI options will trade on Cloud 13 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 6 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and Cloud 4 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
